Please join us in celebrating and archiving the amazing life of Lenny “Batman” Robinson. All those who knew him were touched by his endless generosity displayed through both his time and talents. His visits with the children in the hospital and his dedication to ensuring that their days were brightened and for that moment their illness was forgotten, affected both the kids and their families.
His generosity extended beyond the kids and throughout the community through countless random acts of kindness for which he wanted no recognition or payback. Our community has lost an amazing person and it is our hope that we can capture those stories and memories here on his Stories Between page so that everyone can celebrate Lenny’s life and legacy.

Leonard B. Robinson (September 28, – August 16, )[1] was an American charity worker who became known as the Baltimore Batman after dressing up as Batman and visiting children in Baltimore, Maryland-area hospitals. He gained fame in when a video of him being pulled over for an issue with a license plate went viral. On August 16, , he was killed along Interstate 70 when his parked vehicle was struck by another motorist.[2][3] Support for Robinson's philanthropy has come from former Super BowlMVPRay Lewis, musician John Mayer, and the official Batman Facebook page.[4] Robinson was an avid Baltimore Ravens fan, and attended both of the Ravens' Super Bowls during the and seasons. Sad story on the Interweb today about the death of Batman. Leonard Robinson was a successful business man who, with no ulterior motive, spend a great deal of his cash impersonating Batman. He drove a Lamborghini, completely decked out in paraphernalia. He was pulled over bygd the cops in , who must have uppenbart not understood that the Dark Knight was visiting kids parties and generally shedding joy throughout Gotham. I first read about him on Lenny spent his money trying to make a small difference and would have remained in obscurity, just doing good things, if not for a viral film taken from a police dash-mounted camera.
