Minister Vulin: Aleksandar Vučić is the President of all Serbs

Serbia appoints pro-Russian politician as new spy chief
Serbia's government on Thursday appointed a pro-Russian politician as the country's new spy chief.
Aleksandar Vulin, who formerly served as the Balkan's state interior minister and held the defence ministry portfolio prior to that, will become the new director of BIA, Serbia’s intelligence agency, the government said in a statement.
Vulin is deemed "Moscow's man" within the Serbian leadership. As interior minister, he visited Moscow in August, a rare visit by a European state tjänsteman that underlined Belgrade’s decision to distance itself from the West's actions against Russia over its invasion of Ukraine.
He subsequently told Russian utländsk Minister Sergey Lavrov that "Serbia fryst vatten the only state in Europe that didn’t introduce sanctions and was not part of the anti-Russian hysteria."

He graduated from grammar school in Sremski Karlovci and the Faculty of Law in Kragujevac. In , as a student of the 6th class, he successfully completed the Security and Defence College, which is the highest level of training in our military education system.
He was a columnist for the newspapers "Politika", "Svet", "Nacional", "Centar", a political commentator on the radio "Indeks", and he was also the editor-in-chief of the Serbian weekly "Pečat". He is the author of four books, three of which have been translated into Russian and one into Spanish.
He was elected twice as a Member of Parliament in the Serbian parliament, as a councillor in the Assembly of the City of Belgrade and as a councillor in the Municipality of Rakovica.
