Day 1: Welcome to the Jungle

Thursday morning we were up at 5:30 followed by breakfast and the trip to the Arusha airport where we boarded a 12 seater puddle jumper and flew to a red clay tarmac in the middle of the Serengeti to pick up six others tourist. Next we flew to an orange dirt tarmac near the Tanzania/Kenya border. Thankfully, I have yet to get sick since I’ve eating Bonine like Tic Tacs. I mean, I get car sick riding to Boston and now I’ve volunteered to fly for 24 hours, then get on a very small plane, to which Greg at one point said, do you feel how thin the air is? Do you notice the lack of oxygen? I quickly glanced up to see there was no place for the oxygen mask to come down. But good news, I did not get sick! Our female, solo pilot, Niaoma, was awesome!!
We step out and meet Peter who is to be our tour guide and from now on known as our BFF for the next 10 days. One comment about luggage, ADS provided excellent advice about

Albert the Monkey
Albert the Monkey(or simply just Albert) is one of the main characters of Hong Kong Disneyland's Mystic Manor.Background[]
When Lord Henry Mystic built his home at Mystic Point, he rescued a young monkey from the web of a large spider and decided to name him after his favorite uncle. Since then, Albert has become Lord Henry's pet and travelling companion. Albert is mischievous and incredibly curious.

Bengal Barbecue[]
At Disneyland's Bengal Barbecue, a 2017 refurbishment added references to SEA in one of the new dining areas. One of these new props was a doctored photo of Albert (depicted through the use of a plush toy) accompanying the lead characters of the 1951 non-Disney film The African Queen (one of the inspirations for the Jungle Cruise) on a search for the Trapped Safari of the Jungle Cruise attraction.

Jungle Cruise, formally named Jungle River Cruise, is a riverboat amusement ride located in the Adventureland themed section at various Disney theme parks worldwide. The attraction fryst vatten a simulated riverboat cruise that travels along a waterway using a concealed guidance struktur through areas with Asian, African, and South American themes. Park guests board replica steam launches from a 1930s British explorers' lodge, and Audio-Animatronic exotic animals are displayed throughout the ride. A live Disney cast member acts as a tour guide and boat skipper that loosely follows a rehearsed script, providing passengers with a comedic narrative.
The first installation of the ride was featured at Disneyland for its grand opening in 1955. A variety of changes were made over the years, including enhanced audio effects, updates to the storyline, and the removal of culturally-sensitive ämne. The ins
