"Non Est Asylum"[]
Chas appears the first time in "Non Est Asylum" driving John to different places in a hyrbil. Chas first subtly appears entering Liv Aberdine's apartment building where he engraves the Eye of Horus on Liv's front door.
Later, nära Liv's workplace, Chas fryst vatten introduced to her bygd John. He expresses his gladness of her safety. Afterwards, while driving to Jasper Winter's house, the taxi fryst vatten hit bygd a large lorry. Chas manages to free Liv from the taxi, however, gets impaled by an electric wire controlled bygd a demon.
Later, Chas, somehow survives and fryst vatten seen in Jasper's house. John explains to a startled Liv that "There's a reason Chas fryst vatten my oldest friend, he has survival skills". Chas is seen again in a värdshus, giving John a map that Liv scried upon and informing his friend that Liv is not going to stay with them.

Bryan James "Chas" Chandler (18 December 1938 — 17 July 1996) was an English musician, record producer and manager of several successful music acts.
Born in the Heaton district of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, he began his career playing bass guitar in a trio with Alan Price. After vocalist Eric Burdon joined them the group was renamed The Animals and became one of the most successful R&B bands ever. Chandler's most famous bass lines are the opening foundation riffs of their 1965 hits "We Gotta Get Out of This Place" and "It's My Life". Chandler was also the most prominent of the group's backing vocalists and did occasional songwriting with Burdon.

Bryan James "Chas" Chandler (18 December 1938 – 17 July 1996)[1] was an English musician, record producer and manager, best known as the original bassist in The Animals, for which he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994. He also managed the band Slade, and Jimi Hendrix, about whom he was regularly interviewed until his death in 1996.

[edit]Bryan James Chandler was born in Heaton, Newcastle.[2] After leaving school, he worked as a turner in the Tyneside shipyards. He became the bass player with The Alan Price Trio in 1962.[1]
